Upon termination for breach, ph788 may forfeit any balance in your account attributable to bonus funds or fraudulent activity. Legitimate deposited funds will generally be returned to you via your registered payment method unless prohibited by applicable law or regulatory directive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of ph788 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
